3. When will be order be done?
All items are personalized and made-to-order. Our turn-around-time is two weeks from the day the order was placed. We try out best to get your items to you within a week/week and a half, however, our current TAT is two weeks. Unless an item is ready to ship, your order will be ready for pickup/shipped within two weeks! Items that are ready to ship include already made items such as bows, coasters, sample items. We will reach out via email or text message about turn around time after order is placed.
4. Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
Absolutely! Please email us at handmadebymackenzieg@gmail.com or DM us ASAP with changes.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
All items are final sale. If you have an issue with your order please email us at handmadebymackenzieg@gmail.com so we can make it right.
