FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How can I contact you?

2. How much will my custom item be?
Pricing will vary depending on each order. I custom design your order and then personally hand stitch your design onto your item. Pricing reflects the cost of item as well as: the time it took to complete, thread, and more! If the design it very detailed, it will take longer to complete and will be more expensive.
If you like to an estimate before placing an order, I would love to discuss with you further.
NOTE: Due to the personalized nature of hand embroidery, no refunds are issued.
3. When will my order be ready?
Order will be ready for pickup or shipped on the date that I provides at the time the order is placed.
For example, if order is placed 1/1/2025, order will be ready for pickup 1/15 OR will be shipped 1/15.
Federal Holidays are not included in turnaround time.
If you need your order ready before current turnaround time and I am able to accommodate that request, there is a rush fee charge depending on order size. Rush fee does not include shipping fee.
4. How do I wash and care for my item?
All items can be spot cleaned and handwashed with a few drops of laundry detergent and hung to dry. Items cannot be thrown in the washer or drier. Handmade by Mackenzie is not responsible for any damages of items due to improper washing/care of item.
5. What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of hand embroidery, no refunds are issued.
